5 things Inspiring that Lal Singh Chaddha taught me and Vedic Maths

Okay, so today after two whole years I had the opportunity to go back to my nearest theatre and watch the so-inspiring Lal Singh Chaddha — a classic story that not only was emotional but also very uplifting. Loved the entire movie from ‘A’ to ‘Z” and I wouldn't shy away from saying that some scenes were so moving and refreshing to the soul that they also brought out happy tears in me.

I kinda relate to Lal Singh’s Journey a lot. So I wanted to share 5 things inspiring about Lal Singh Chaddha which was my learning about my Vedic Maths Journey!

#1 Be Yourself — It's ok to be yourself and not try to fit in. God has a plan for everyone. “Repeat” for “EVERYONE”. You just have to go with the flow, be content and have faith in yourself and keep doing the stuff you enjoy.

#2 Treasure your relationships — Life is too short. In a blink of a moment, it's over. क्या लेकर आए थे? क्या लेकर जाएंगे? So keep giving and nurturing your relationships with elders, friends, family, and the young ones. Give and nurture those also who can't really do anything for you in return.

#3“Tur Kalleyan” — Walk Alone- This song reminds me and it resonates so much in spirit with a popular Bengali Tagore Song “Ekla Cholo re…” There will be a thousand naysayers….but you have to accomplish your duty, you have to achieve the purpose of your life!- no matter what it may be. We all need to walk alone and as they say, whatever you are seeking is inside you already!

#4 Let Go- Sometimes all we have to do is just let go! So let go! Let go of your fears. Let go of your Ego. Let go of your negative emotions. Let go of whatever is holding you back. Let go and be unstoppable. Let go of your baggage…Be the unstoppable force you always wanted to be!

#5 Miracles do happen- Believe in them! And keep the faith that they happen.

I think this movie is one of the most meaningful movie I’ve seen in a while. It was an emotional roller coaster ride for me throughout the movie especially because I could relate to my own journey in the advocacy of Vedic Maths Tur Kalleyan and the world will walk with you! Thanks, Aamir Sir for a legendary contribution, and wishing you the very best for the movie and beyond.
